What is the Green Q Seal?
The Tourism Quality and Sustainability Green Q Seal is a recognition granted by INGUAT to the Archaeological Parks and Protected Areas that implement quality and sustainability standards in its conventional services. Establishing controls on processes and services that guarantee satisfaction of tourists, safety and comfort of the facilities.
The Green Q Seal verifies quality in three areas:
Administrative:
where are established in representative form the important guidelines in terms of resources management of the Protected Areas and Archaeological Parks including its human capital, which is significant for the proper implementation of the system.
Sustainability:
because of the insurance system in question, the present axis is determinant to provide the guidelines that allow an adequate balance in the three dimensions implied by sustainability.
Occupational health and safety:
To: guarantee the health and safety of tourists within the Protected Areas and Parks.
